Theme support guru
We are looking for customer support gurus to help customers that use our themes for their Shopify store.
The speed in which we respond, the knowledge and experience that we pass on and the access that we provide to quick and easy documentation can make the difference in success and failure to thousands of merchants.

As a theme support guru at Underground your role would include:
- Helping customers to use built in features of our themes.
- Juggling multiple inbound email tickets
- Answering technical questions on theme functions.
- Assisting with minor html and css edits.
- Writing docs to help future customers.
- Basic HTML & CSS knowledge
- Experience in working with Shopify
- Working experience of using responsive HTML templates / themes
- Basic knowledge of browser debugging tools like Chrome Dev tools / Firebug
- Outstanding customer empathy with Excellent written and verbal skills
- High level of focus with the ability to balance multiple tasks at once
- Strong problem solving skills
- Able to work as part of a team or independently when needed.
- Receptive to direction and takes critique well.
- You can have fun while you work and still get the job done right.
- Experience in working with support ticket platforms like desk.com
- Good working knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator
