Who we are
Product Audit is developed and operated by We are Underground. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at support@weareunderground.com.

What data we access
When you install Store Audit, we request access to your Shopify store's product data. Specifically, we read:

- Product titles, descriptions and images
- SEO titles and meta descriptions
- Product types and vendor names

We do not access customer data, order data, payment information, or any personal information about your shoppers.

How we use your data
We use your product data solely to generate audit reports within the app. We do not store your product data — each audit scans your store in real time and results are displayed only to you.

What we store
We store only the authentication token required to maintain your session with the app. This is standard practice for all Shopify apps and is required for the app to function. This data is stored securely on Heroku and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

Third parties
We do not sell, share or transfer your data to any third parties. We use Heroku (a Salesforce company) for hosting. You can review Heroku's privacy policy at heroku.com/policy/privacy.

Your rights
You can uninstall Store Audit at any time from your Shopify admin. Uninstalling the app removes your session data from our servers within 48 hours.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
