Let customers give you their email address and phone number to inform them when their favorite items are back in stock with a form that collections product and variant information and gets sent to your inbox.
Our team will add a form to your product pages which appears when an out of stock item or an out of stock variant is selected. Capturing the customer's email and info on the out of stock product we can then do one of the following options…1) Send an email to you the merchant right when they fill out the form or
2) Add the person as a customer with tags notify and product title + sku so you can search easily and then remove the notify tag

Transfers between versions
Transferring modifications to different or newer theme versions is not included within the cost of the modification. For quotation regarding the transfer of a modification, please contact us
Refunds & loss
While every effort is made to ensure satisfaction we do not offer refunds for any modification services. We can not be held liable for any losses sustained, by, during or as a result of modifications by our team.
In order to ensure that we keep to our pre-agreed time frames additional modifications can only be handled as a new service and may not be added to an existing project.

Modifications carried out by our team do not impact on the support included with your theme.
No, the theme must be purchased seperately from the Shopify theme store in order to get a valid theme license.
The theme must have also been purchased before we can begin work on your project.
You will hear from us within 1 business day of booking and paying for the modifications. Most will be completed within 1-2 business days however we will inform you if there is likely to be any issue that would extend this time.
No, when a tweak is purchased we fit this into our workflow alongside other work booked by other customers with their own deadlines to consider.
Unexpected changes without a prior agreement will create disruption to that workflow, unnecessarily ties our developers to email instead of code work and causes confusion regarding the initial project.

Availability - This project will require your time as much as ours. It is important for you to be available to answer questions and provide feedback within a reasonable amount of time and understand how your schedule can impact the project.
Content - You will be required to supply all necessary text, artwork and photographs in an organized and appropriate format. Excessive time spent reformatting images or text due to unorganized delivery or inappropriate format may incur our hourly rate.

No, this service is designed specifically as a direct help to merchants. We will only work with the merchant directly.
No, a modification is purchased for a single store only unless a prior agreement has been reached with us. We will not replicate modifcations between multiple stores under one single purchase.
At all times we will work with you to ensure that we have a full understanding of the work required and will advise on all options along the way. There would be no circumstance in which this can happen.
If we can not provide the service or your requirements do not fit we will contact you immediately with either a full refund or some alternative options for you to choose from.
No, the cost of the modification requires code to be written directly into the code of your existing theme. If you update at a later date it might not be simple to transfer the code changes due to the way that code might have been changed in a later version.
